What's included in the membership?

Seat Manager + Tech Seats

As an owner investing in your techs, we want to make sure you have the ability to stay up-to-date on their progress in the program When you sign up, you'll be registered as the "seat manager," and you'll be able to sign up to 5 techs at a time. There are options available if you need to sign up more than 5 techs.

Ongoing Training + Recertification

The TechFix certification process ensures students aren’t just being trained to pass a test. We challenge them to both prove and apply their knowledge twice a year, in turn driving them to actively work toward staying up to date on the changes and advancements happening within this rapidly growing industry.

Annual Conferences and Training 

Technicians will be invited to an annual Foreman Manager Conference as well as our twice yearly in-person TechFix Conferences. These events are a chance to build community, network, and gain valuable knowledge from experts in the industry.

Live Classes and Webinars 

We offer weekly Advanced Learning Workshops (ALWs) that dive into various topics that range from 101 classes to more advanced subject matter. These live and interactive classes are taught by our team of industry experts and give students the ability to ask questions and connect with the instructors and other techs. 

Additionally, we offer monthly webinars that give all members and owners the chance to discuss industry issues and hot topics with TechFix founder, Lowell Greene and more advanced topics with TechFix master instructor, Eric Walker.

When do classes start? How long is the program? 

TechFix is  an ongoing continued education platform that knows no boundaries! With us, there's no fixed start or end date. We're constantly expanding our content library and offering live classes, ensuring your technicians never miss out on new and exciting learning experiences. Once enrolled, your technicians gain instant access to our wealth of knowledge, ready to be explored at their own pace. No need to worry about rigid schedules – they can navigate our program seamlessly, fitting their learning into their busy lives. In short- as long as you are a TechFix subscriber, your techs will be receiving opportunities to learn and grow!

Are the courses self led? What's the time commitment?

Yes, TechFix is self-led program! We understand how hectic the life of a busy technician can be and we designed our program with that in mind. However, we do understand the concerns that come with a self led program. As a seat manager, you will be able to track the progress of everyone enrolled and take steps to keep them accountable. 

TechFix is designed for busy technicians. We offer an on-demand video library with easily accessible content. Just one hour a week allows for one live ALW or about 7 videos. Our videos are no longer than 15 minutes, with most being less than 8 minutes. This way, technicians can quickly get the information they need and keep moving.

Will my techs achieve ASE certification through your courses?

Though we are not affiliated with ASE in any way, we do have our own certification process.  
The difference between TechFix certification and other popular programs is that we don’t just train technicians to pass a test- we challenge them to both prove and apply their knowledge twice a year (every 6 months).We’ve found this drives students to actively work toward staying up to date on the changes and advancements happening within this rapidly growing industry.
